Borough Manager/Council Secretary
Sugarcreek Borough is accepting resumes for the position of Borough Manager/Council Secretary

Duties include, but not limited to:

•Supervise and responsible for carrying out the activities of the Administrative and Maintenance Departments.
•Prepare and administer a yearly budget.
•Prepare agendas and participate in Council meetings.
•Prepare grant applications.
•Serve as purchasing officer for the Borough, as well as special projects officer.


Qualifications:


•A Bachelor’s Degree in Public Administration; experience as a Borough, or Government Administrator; strong executive and administrative skills.
•Experience in budget preparation, grant writing, personnel management, financial management, public relations.
•Excellent verbal, interpersonal, written communication, and computer technology skills, able to perform essential functions of the job.
