On November 19, 2020 a known victim notified Sugarcreek Borough Police Department of a protection from abuse violation.
The known victim stated that Troy Graham, 46, had made a threatening phone call to her directly and also through third party communications while there was an active PFA in force.
She also stated that Graham had shown up at the residence that she was staying at.
Graham was arrested and charged with Stalking (F), Harassment (M), Indirect Criminal Contempt (S).
Graham was arraigned and placed in Venango County Jail unable to post $2500 bail.
