On July 18, 2023 at 1:51 PM the Sugarcreek Borough Police Department was contacted to assist State Parole agents at a residence on Kenneth Street. Upon arriving officers were shown drug paraphernalia.
During the course of a brief investigation the person responsible for the paraphernalia was identified as Wallace L Stone, 41 of Kenneth Street, Franklin.
Charges have been filed on Wallace Stone for Possession of Drug Paraphernalia.
