On March 15, 2024 at 9:51 PM the Sugarcreek Borough Police were advised of an individual who had falsely reported a fire.
After a course of investigation officers were able to determine that Michael Nollner, 46 of Franklin, had been harassing a neighbor to the extent that it resulted in criminal charges.
Upon being advised of the charges Michael Nollner later called to report a fire in the apartment of the neighbor’s residence. Upon arrival of emergency services, they were able to gain entry into the residence and noted no fire, smoke, or odor thereof, nor any signs of such.
