On October 13, 2021 at 2:41 PM Sugarcreek Borough Police responded to a two vehicle motor vehicle accident in the 800 block of Allegheny Blvd.
Upon arrival officers spoke with the drivers of both vehicles. The driver of unit one stated that she had looked and didn’t see a car and pulled out into traffic. By the time she realized a car was there she tried to avoid the other car, unit two, but struck it on the passenger side.
Officers spoke with the driver of unit two. She stated that she saw the other car come into the intersection and moved over into another lane to avoid being struck, but the car kept pulling out.
The driver of unit one was cited for summary traffic violations.
