On November 10, 2020 Terry Lee Mallory, 71, did strike another without provocation in the facial area and then created a physically offensive condition and subjected the victim as well as another person not struck to harassing behavior.
Charges have been filed on Mallory after an investigation into the incident via summons by mail for simple assault and harassment.
