Sugarcreek Borough Police received a complaint of an unwanted actor at an address in the 100 block of Second Avenue, Franklin, on November 3, 2020 at 2:40 PM.
Upon arrival officers spoke with the victim who identified the defendant as Mike Koziara, 47, as the person who arrived at the residence and attempted to gain entry into the residence. When the defendant was confronted by the victim and others he made threats towards the parties and left prior to officers arrival.
The defendant had previously been advised not to come to the residence and did so after being advised by the property owner.
Charges were filed through Magistrate Lowrey’s office for Defiant Trespass and Terroristic Threats.
