Sugarcreek Borough Police were in the process of serving an arrest warrant at 9:00 AM, October 20, 2020 on the defendant, Brandon Johnson.
Officer arrived at 332 Rocky Grove Ave to serve this arrest warrant. Officer knocked on the front door and observed Brandon Johnson walking to the front door and as he got to the front door he dropped his black back pack and opened the door.
Officer advised him that he was under arrest for the felony warrants and placed him in handcuffs.
During the search Johnson was found to have one glass smoking pipe in his left front pants pocket. Officer also found the small amount of marijuana in the book bag he had, along with a scale and another smoking pipe.
Johnson was charged with the possession of small amount marijuana and possession of paraphernalia.
