Charges have been filed against Jacob E. Littlefield, 45 of Edinboro, PA, following an investigation in to a reportable motor vehicle accident that occurred on July 20, 2020 on Rocky Grove Ave in the area of Langara Drive.
A criminal complaint has been filed with District Magistrate Lowrey’s Office charging Littlefield with Driving Under the Influence of Narcotics. Amphetamine, Methamphetamine and Marijuana (misd). Possession of narcotics while not being licensed (misd). Possession of drug paraphernalia (misd).

Driving while operating privilege is suspended, Driving without a license, Operation following suspension of vehicle registration, Unauthorized transfer of use of registration, Required financial responsibility, Reckless Driving, Careless Driving, Driving vehicle at safe speed, Driving vehicles on roadways laned for traffic.
