On July 9, 2020 Sugarcreek Police was advised by a State Parole Agent who had found drug paraphernalia at 104 Lowry Court Drive.
Officers went to the location and viewed a used methamphetamine pipe. Officer was advised that the pipe was located in the bedroom of Dustin Cox who is on parole.
Officer applied for a search warrant that was granted for the residence. During the search officers found more drug paraphernalia along with approximately 1 gram of methamphetamine.
