On January 10, 2022 at 10:45 AM a known male victim came to the Sugarcreek Borough Police Department. He reported that Erica Rick, 27 of Franklin, was in his house throwing things around, breaking things and being verbally aggressive towards him.
Upon arrival at the house officers were let in by the known victim. Officers spoke with Erica Rick. Near her were a marijuana pipe, marijuana, and THC wax. Rick spoke with officers and said the she had been upset. She advised that she had an argument with the known victim, but did not state to what extent. Officers noted some disarrangement about the residence. When questioned Erica stated that it was her marijuana and pipe.
This is the third time within a month that police were called to a residence that Erica Rick was staying at that she caused a disturbance and had to be removed from the property.
Erica Rick was charged with the following:
Harrassment – Misd
Unlawful Use of Medical Marijuana – Misd
Possession of Marijuana – Misd
Possession of Drug Paraphernalia – Misd
