Methamphetamine & Drug Paraphernalia

On January 30, 2024 at 8:15 PM Sugarcreek Borough Police conducted a traffic stop with a vehicle in the 1500 Block of Allegheny Blvd, Reno, that was suspended for Type F Insurance Cancelation.

While speaking with the occupants of the vehicle officers noted the passenger to be making furtive movements about his person.

During a course of conversation officers were able to identify the passenger as Frank Albaugh, 55, formerly of Oil City, now residing in Rocky Grove.

Frank Albaugh was found to have 6 active warrants for his arrest. A search of his person revealed an animal print bag that contained approximately 2.6 grams of methamphetamine and multiple other items of drug paraphernalia.

Frank Albaugh was taken to the Venango County Jail on his outstanding warrants.

Frank Albaugh was charged with the following:
Possession of a Controlled Substance (Methamphetamine) – Misdemeanor
Possession of Drug Paraphernalia – Misdemeanor

Charges were filed through Magistrate Fish’s office.
