On July 5, 2023 at 2:52 AM multiple suspects forcibly entered the victims home on Mountaineer Drive and robbed the victim.
During the incident, one of the suspects shot the 25 year old victim wounding his head. The victim was transported to Grove City Hospital and then to Allegheny General Hospital.
According to witnesses on scene, the suspects fled the scene on foot in an unknown direction.
This incident is under investigation by the Pennsylvania State Police. Anyone that witnessed suspicious activity in the vicinity of Mountaineer Drive, Montana Drive, or Two Mile Run Road is asked to call Franklin State Police at 814-676-6596.
