On January 12, 2023 the Sugarcreek Borough Police Department received a report from the Erie VA Police that Keith Tologo, 47 of Oil City, had a video/zoom counseling session with a female counselor.
During the video/zoom counseling session Keith Tologo was observed exposing his genitals and touching them. The female counselor advised Tologo to stop exposing himself and touching his genitals or the session would be ended. Keith Tologo continued to expose his genitals and also continued to touch himself causing the session to be ended.
The Sugarcreek Borough Police Department filed the following charges against Keith Tologo:
Indecent Exposure – Misdemeanor 2
Open Lewdness – Misdemeanor 3
