On September 30, 2021 Sugarcreek Borough Police were called to the Rocky Grove High/Middle School to investigate a criminal mischief matter.
Upon the conclusion of the investigation a 13 year old juvenile was identified as the perpetrator and was charged through the juvenile court system with Institutional Vandalism, a misdemeanor of the 2nd degree.
