Sugarcreek Borough Police initiated an investigation based on information gathered.
During the investigation and interviews it was found that Zackary Montgomery, 24 of Franklin, had sold cocaine and molly to a known individual.
Montgomery was arrested at this residence and charged with Possession with Intent to Deliver a Controlled Substance. Montgomery was arraigned before Magistrate Lowrey and released on $10,000 unsecure bail. His preliminary hearing is scheduled for February 10, 2021.
