Sugarcreek Borough Police arrested Devon McClelland, 27 of Oil City, at an undisclosed location in Franklin, PA on December 23, 2020.
Due to the overwhelmingly public response by concerned citizens the Sugarcreek Borough Police were able to locate McClelland and take him into custody without incident.
McClelland was charged with the following
Corrupt Organizations – Felony 1
Possession with Intent to Deliver – Felony
Possession with Intent to Deliver Conspiracy – Felony
Criminal Use of a Communication Facility – Felony 3
