Sugarcreek Borough Police found that Emily Jane Nelson, 29 of Franklin, did possess drug paraphernalia for the purpose of injecting a controlled substance into the human body.
Nelson did tell officer she had injected methamphetamines into her neck at a known persons house prior to coming into contact with law enforcement.
Nelson did have a used hypodermic needle along with two empty cellophane wrappers in her book bag.
