On March 5, 2020 at approximately 11:07PM officer received a report of three persons all wearing backpacks and one person has on a grey hoodie. Report was they are walking around and going onto people’s property.
Officer went to the area and found Todd Nichols Jr. who was wearing a backpack and had on a grey hoodie.
Nichols Jr. was found to be in possession of a small amount of marijuana and drug paraphernalia.
Nichols Jr was released and charges were filed through Magistrate Lowrey’s office.
