On January 17, 2020 at around 11:48 pm Sugarcreek Police conducted a traffic stop for a vehicle that appeared to be traveling higher than the posted speed limit on Allegheny Blvd. Officer timed the vehicle as travelling at 64 mph in a posted 45 mph zone.
Once the vehicle was stopped officer noted multiple signs of impairment from the driver Dalton Boyles, 24 of Franklin.
Mr. Boyles displayed multiple signs of impairment during field sobriety testing and was taken into custody for the suspicion of D.U.I.
Blood results showed that he had been operting a motor vehicle with a BAC of 0.196.
Charges were filed.
