Possession of Methamphetamine, Parole Absconder

John Adams Wilson II, 26 of Rocky Grove, was observed walking on Fox Street at approximately 11:15 AM on January 15, 2020. Wilson appeared to be under the influence to a degree he was a safety concern to himself and others and was approached by officers.

Wilson was also known to be an absconder from Pennsylvania Probation & Parole and to have outstanding warrants for his arrest.

After Wilson was taken into custody a search of his person showed him to be in possession of a quantity of individual packets of methamphetamine, digital scales, cash and other various paraphernalia. He was also found in possession of a small amount of marijuana.

Wilson was charged with Possession with Intent to Deliver (Methamphetamine) F, Possession of a controlled substance (Methamphetamine) M, Possession of a small amount of marijuana M, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia M, Public Drunkeness and Similar Misconduct S.

Wilson was arraigned before District Justice Lowrey and remanded to Venango County Jail on $15,000 bail.
