Between December 11 and 12, 2019 a victim had reported a theft of items from his shed on Observation Street.
Through the course of the investigation Devon Anthony was believed to be the suspect. Upon interviewing Anthony he did state that he has stolem the items.
Devon Anthony was arrainged by District Justice Lowrey on January 15, 2020. He was lodged into the Venango County Jail on $10,000 bail.
