On December 22, 2019 officers went to 156 McQuaid Street, Franklin, to serve an arrest warrant for unlawful taking of movable property and unauthorized use of a motor vehicle.
Officer had been advised that the defendant had returned with the vehicle and was in the house, sleeping in the basement.
Defendant was taken into custody for the warrant and one needle and two baggies containing 4.5 grams of methamphetamine were found in his right front jeans pocket.
