On February 12, 2021 at 11:11 PM Sugarcreek Borough Police stopped Noah Masters, 19 of Franklin, for a speeding violation.
While speaking with Masters officers noted multiple outwards signs of impairment. Field sobriety testing was conducted and Noah Masters was placed under arrest for the suspicion of driving under the influence.
Masters stated I know you guys are going to search my car so I may as well tell you, there is an illegal amount of marijuana in the back passenger seat.
Toxicology results showed that Masters had operated a motor vehicle while under the influence of Delta-9 THC (marijuana).
Noah Masters was charged with Driving Under the Influence of a Controlled Substance, Possession of Marijuana (23.3 grams), and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia.
