Sugarcreek Borough Police filed criminal charges on Zoey Feyes of Franklin for driving under the influence of methamphetamine and marijuana.
On January 5, 2021 Feyes did operate a vehicle while under the influence of a combination of controlled substances while already being suspended for a previous DUI for controlled substance.
Feyes did have a small amount of marijuana inside a glass smoking pipe which was on her seat as she exited the vehicle for field sobriety testing.
Feyes was also charged for inspection and headlight violations.
