A known female came to the Sugarcreek Borough Police station and reported that an unknown male had been harassing her extensively sending rude, vulgar, and sexually illicit texts. The unknown male created a full relationship in his mind to include a pregnancy. As the attempted communications continued the unknown male because increasingly aggressive towards the victim verbally.
The unknown male started tell her where he had seen her in public and said that he would come to her place of employment and her home evening saying her address.
Through a course of investigation, the Sugarcreek Borough Police were able to determine that the unknown male was Troy Alan Graham, 49 of Franklin.
Charges were filed against Troy Graham and a warrant was issued for his arrest. Troy Graham was taken into custody without incident and arraigned before Magistrate Lowrey on the following charges.
Stalking – Misdemeanor 1
Harassment – Misdemeanor 3
Troy Graham was unable to post the $50,000 bail and he was lodged into the Venango County Jail.
Troy Graham’s preliminary hearing is set for May 22, 2024 at 1:30 PM at the Venango County Courthouse.
