On May 15, 2023 at 8:15 PM Sugarcreek Borough Police was called to a children’s baseball game after a sports official had been assaulted while officiating a game.
Benjamin Andrew Alberth, 42 of Titusville was charged with the following via summons in the mail.
Assault on a Sports Official – Misdemeanor 1
Simple Assault – Misdemeanor 2
