The Sugarcreek Borough Police Department was contacted by a Probation and Parole office to advise that they had recovered possible drug paraphernalia associated with a parolee.
Upon arrival officers were able to identify and secure the multiple items of drug paraphernalia.
Tonya Hedglin, 43 of Oil City, was taken into custody for the parole violation and lodged into the Venango County Jail.
Judge Lowry arraigned Tonya Hedglin and placed a $2,500 bail condition on her.
Tonya Hedglin’s preliminary hearing is scheduled for August 9, 2023 at 8:30 AM at the Venango County Courthouse.
