Stalking – Harassment – Retaliation for Past Official Action

On February 2, 2023 at approximately 3:13 PM the Sugarcreek Borough Police Department was dispatched to the area of Meadville Pike and Sugarcreek Drive for the report of a known suspect, Corey Seigworth, 38 of Oil City, following an off duty Oil City police officer from Magisterial District Judge Fish’s office after a hearing.

Officers from the Sugarcreek Borough Police Department spoke to the Oil City off duty officer who stated he had a hearing with Corey Seigworth in front of Judge Fish. Judge Fish found Seigworth guilty of the charges which upset Seigworth.

The off duty officer stated he and Judge Fish noticed Corey Seigworth to be sitting in his vehicle waiting for the off duty officer to leave. Officer waited a few minutes for Corey Seigworth to leave. After a few minutes the off duty officer left in his personal vehicle when he noticed Seigworth drive past him and pulled into the church parking lot on Grandview Road. Corey Seigworth then pulled out behind the off duty officer and continued to follow him flipping him off and taking video/photos of the off duty officers vehicle the whole way to Meadville Pike and Sugarcreek Drive located in Sugarcreek Borough Police Departments Jurisdiction.
