On July 20, 2022 at approximately 6:11 PM Sugarcreek Borough Police Department was dispatched to the 200 Block of Allenbaugh Road for a domestic altercation. When Sugarcreek Borough Police arrived on scene it was determined the two suspects were Donna Walters, 66, and Alisha Shoffstall, 24.
Donna Walters and Alisha Shoffstall engaged in a physical altercation attempting to cause bodily injury to one another why physical contact. Both parties stated they engaged in the altercation over who had control of a cell phone.
Donna Walters and Alisha Shoffstall were both taken into custody and transported to the Sugarcreek Borough Police Department. Walters and Shoffstall were arraigned before Magistrate Fish for Simple Assault and Harassment. Both were then transported back to their residence.
