On June 6, 2022 at 7:50 AM, officers received a complaint of a suspicious person possibly intoxicated. Upon officers arriving the person was identified as Kevin Fike, 47 of Oil City. Same was found to be under the influence of a controlled substance and same also had outstanding warrants for absconding from Parole.
Fike was taken into custody was was found to be in possession of crystal meth in different packages as well as scales and packaging material, consistent with distribution.
Fike was arraigned before Magistrate Kirkland and placed in the Venango County Jail on $25,000 bail. Preliminary hearing has been set for June 15, 2022 at 8:30 AM.
Additional, Fike was detained by the State Probation and Parole Board office out of Franklin.
