On April 20, 2022 at 9:54 AM, Sugarcreek Borough Police responded to the Burger King located at 763 Allegheny Blvd. for the report of a male waving a knife in the dining room and that he appeared to be trying to fight someone.
While enroute officers were advised that the occupants of the building were leaving.
Upon arrival officers made entry into the building and were able to identify the male with the knives. Joshua Warner, 41 of Franklin, was taken into custody without further incident. Two knives were recovered that Warner had been in control of.

Reckless Endangerment of Another Person – Misd
Disorderly Conduct – Misd
