On April 11, 2022 at 3:45 PM Sugarcreek Borough Police assisted PA State Probation and Parole at 3 3rd Street in Reno for two individuals present at that location.
While there, officers spoke with William Dolan, 28 of Reno. Officers noted multiple items of drug paraphernalia to include a meth pipe with burnt and methamphetamine residue, as well as a plate that contained what was later determined to be a crushed ecstasy pill in plain view in his house.
Officers also spoke with Shawnna Bastian, 27 of Franklin. She was found to be in possession of ecstasy, multiple needles, a digital scale, a meth pipe, and other items of drug paraphernalia.
William Dolan was charged with the following:
Possession of a Controlled Substance by a Person Not Registered – Misdemeanor (1 count)
Possession of Drug Paraphernalia – Misdemeanor (1 count)
Shawnna Bastian was charged with the following:
Possession of a Controlled Substance by a Person Not Registered – Misdemeanor (1 count)
Possession of Drug Paraphernalia – Misdemeanor (1 count)
William Dolan was taken into custody by Probation and Parole for parole violations.
Shawnna Bastian was taken into custody by the Venango County Sheriff on outstanding warrants.
Charges on both individuals were filed through Magistrate Lowrey’s office.
