On February 23, 2022 at 12:29 PM Angela Marie Smalley, 40, did attempt to supply State Parole agents a false urine test at the State Probation and Parole Office. Another person’s urine and a device to deliver the false urine was used in an attempt to avoid a positive urine test.
The defendant was placed in the Venango County Jail on a parole detainer and the charges were filed on February 24, 2022 with a preliminary hearing set for March 23, 2022 at 1:30 PM.
