On September 17, 2020 at 2:00 PM a search warrant was conducted at 116 Front Street, Rocky Grove, by the Borough of Sugarcreek Police Department in conjunction with the Pennsylvania Attorney General’s Task Force BNI, after an investigation in to the alleged sale of methamphetamine.
During the search warrant officers recovered an undisclosed amount of methamphetamine, marijuana, drug paraphernalia and cash.
The following individuals were taken into custody and charged.
Jacob Erwin, 22, and Creena Erwin, 24, both of Rocky Grove, were charged with Possession with Intent to Deliver Methamphetamine (Felony), 2 counts of Endangering the Welfare of Children (Felony 3), Possession of Methamphetamine (Misd), Possession of a Small Amount of Marijuana (Misd), Possession of Drug Paraphernalia (Misd.)
Gage Hawke, 21 of no listed address, Brett Wheeler, 26 of Franklin, Bethany Anderson, 21 of Rocky Grove, and Scotty Peterson, 29 of no listed address, were all charged with Possession with Intent to Deliver Methamphetamine, Possession of Methamphetamine, Possession of Marijuana and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia.
All were arraigned before Magistrate Lowrey and the following bail was set.
The Erwins bail was set at $25,000 each.
Hawke, Wheeler, Anderson and Peterson had bail set at $25,000.
Preliminary hearings have been set for September 23, 2020.
