On June 25, 2020 at 11:14 am Sugarcreek Borough Police was called to 190 Sugar Valley Lane, Franklin, for the staff had found drugs in the room of Timothy Pavlin.
Officer spoke with the cleaning person who was cleaning this room due to a bed bug that was found. During cleaning the cleaning person discovered two Suboxone 8MG/2MG sublingual films in the back of a picture frame.
During a conversation Pavlin had admitted to purchasing these at a local store and he had tried one which made him sick so he stated he didn’t try it again. Pavlin in not prescribed these medications.
