Update: Charges were filed with Magistrate Lowrey on May 5, 2020 charging Timothy Crow Jr with a summary violation of driving on roadways laned for travel.

Officers were dispatched to the area just north of Two Mile Run Road on Allegheny Blvd on April 21, 2020 at 3:00 PM for a reported motor vehicle accident.
Officer arrived to find that unit one, driven by Timothy Crow Jr of Oil City, was traveling south on Allegheny Blvd. Crow Jr. stated his vehicle started to go off the roadway on the right side and he pulled it back and went into the path of unit two who was traveling north on Allegheny Blvd.
The head on crash caused severe damage to both vehicles. Both drivers were transported to UPMC by Community Ambulance.
Both vehicle were removed by Lowry Auto Body.
Officers were assisted at the scene by Rocky Grove and Reno Vol Fire Departments.
