On September 7, 2019 a designer bag bingo was held at the Rocky Grove Fire Hall.
Later persons who attended the event discovered that some of the purses were in fact knock off purses and that no mention of the knock of purses being raffled or offered for sale or chance was advertised.
None of the victims were informed of the knock of purses being offered there by creating a false impression that all the purses were in fact designer purses.
Five counts of theft by deception were filed on the organizer and contact of the event.
Jennifer L Gregory, 46 of Reno, PA, was charged via summons with a court date to be scheduled at a later date.
