Update to previous press release on 2/4/2020 for MVA
Sugarcreek Borough Police filed charges through Magistrate Lowrey’s office on Richard Freeman, 38 of Sugarcreek, following an investigation into a crash that occurred in the 300 block of Sugarcreek Drive on February 4, 2020 at approximately 3:30PM where Freeman’s vehicle left the roadway and struck a utility pole.
A 5 year old passenger of the vehicle did sustain an “acute head injury” and was treated and released at UPMC Northwest. Freeman refused medical treatment at the scene.
