Sugarcreek Police were conducting a follow up investigation from an incident that occurred earlier in December 2019 at 221 Gilfillan Street.
Through the course of the investigation Lt. Baker and Chief Wenner spoke with witnesses that Kevin Wilson was carrying a concealed pistols. Two pistols were recovered and placed into evidence
Wilson was charged with Firearms not to be Carried Without a License.
Kevin Wilson was arraigned before District Justice Lowrey and placed into Venango County Jail on $15,000 bail on one case and another $15,000 bail on the second case.
