Sugarcreek Police was dispatched for a reported motor vehicle accident that occurred on October 3, 2019 at approximately 9:48 am on Rocca Way and Crestview Drive.
Unit one driven by Robin Fornal advised she had backed into another vehicle that was parked.
During the investigation it was found that Fornal was under the influence of a combination of drugs.
Charges were filed with District Justice Lowrey’s office.
