\n\nOn March 15, 2020 at 9:21PM Justin Wilson, 29 of Franklin, was seen operating a motor vehicle. While he was at Sheetz, officer recognized Wilson and knew him to have active warrants fo his arrest as well. After verifying the warrants officers stopped Wilson.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
A search incident to his arrest showed he had a small metal container that contained methamphetamine in his left front pocket. Officer noted multiple signs of impairment of a CNS stimulant such as methamphetamine from Wilson.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Officer advised him of this and informed him that he was also under arrest for DUI Drugs. Justin Wilson consented to a blood draw.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Wilson was taken to station where he was arraigned before Magistrate Kirtland on the charges of possession of methamphetamine, possession of drug paraphernalia and driving under the influence of a controlled substance.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Kirtland placed Wilson into the Venango County Jail on $5,000 bail and a requirement for a substance abuse assessment.\n\n<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
