On May 26, 2023 at around 9:30 AM Richard Marsh, 57 of Venus, arrived at the residence of a known victim in the 300 block of Walnut Street in Reno. Richard began to argue with the victim about a perceived sight. At one point Richard Marsh became threatening to the victim.<\/p>\n
Richard Marsh began smashing items in the garage and the eyeglasses of the victim. Richard Marsh eventually left the property.<\/p>\n
Richard Marsh has been charged with the following through Magistrate Fish’s office:
