\n\nOfficers of the Borough of Sugarcreek conducted an investigation into the distribution of methamphetamine in and around the Sugarcreek Borough area.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
On March 13, 2020 at about 2:40PM officers conducted a buy\/bust operation in the parking lot of True Value.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The investigation yielded one ounce of methamphetamine, approximately $1,500 in cash and drug paraphernalia.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Police filed the following charges against Richard Ware, 35 of Oil City, and Keith Harper, 37 of Rocky Grove.
Possession with Intent to Deliver Methamphetamine – Felony
Criminal Use of a Communication Facility – Felony
Possession of Methamphetamine – Misd.
Possession of Drug Paraphernalia – Misd.
All charges were filed as criminal conspiracy to commit.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Also charges was Rebecca Baker, 34 of Pleasantville. She was charged with the following.
Possession with Intent to Deliver Methamphetamine – Felony
Possession of Methamphetamine – Misd.
Possession of Drug Paraphernalia – Misd.
All charges were filed as criminal conspiracy to commit.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
All subjects were arraigned before Magistrate Lowrey and committed to Venango County Jail on $75,000 bail.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
