On December 13, 2022 Sugarcreek Borough Police were notified by a complainant that an unknown male had been staying in the garage area converted for overnight accommodations of a residence that they owned. The complainant also stated that he had told the unknown male multiple times to leave the property and to not return. The complainant also stated that the unknown male had been damaging property by urinating and defecating in the garage area.<\/p>\n
Upon investigation Sugarcreek Borough Police were able to locate and later identify the unknown male.<\/p>\n
Alex Attleberger 18, transient, was taken into custody.<\/p>\n
Alex Attleberger was arraigned before Judge Kirtland on the following charges:
\nBurglary – Felony 2
\nCriminal Trespass – Felony 3
\nCriminal Mischief – Misdemeanor 3
\nDefiant Trespass – Misdemeanor 3<\/p>\n
Unable to post bail Alex Attleberger was taken to the Venango County Jail.<\/p>\n
