{"id":727,"date":"2022-12-13T07:09:09","date_gmt":"2022-12-13T12:09:09","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/sugarcreekborough.us\/press\/?p=727"},"modified":"2022-12-13T07:09:09","modified_gmt":"2022-12-13T12:09:09","slug":"d-u-i-special-speed-limitations","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/sugarcreekborough.us\/press\/2022\/12\/13\/d-u-i-special-speed-limitations\/","title":{"rendered":"D.U.I., Special Speed Limitations"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>On November 9, 2022 at approximately 2:58 PM a traffic stop was initiated by the Sugarcreek Borough Police Department in the 400 block of Rocky Grove Ave for a speeding violation in an active school zone.<\/p>\n<p>Upon making contact with the driver, Andrew Rodgers, 19 of Oil City, a strong odor of marijuana came from inside the vehicle. Sugarcreek Borough officers conducted field sobriety testing on Andrew Rodgers.<\/p>\n<p>After field sobriety testing was complete it was determined Andrew Rodgers would be placed under arrest for suspicion of DUI.
