{"id":667,"date":"2022-10-12T15:24:33","date_gmt":"2022-10-12T19:24:33","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/sugarcreekborough.us\/press\/?p=667"},"modified":"2022-10-12T15:24:33","modified_gmt":"2022-10-12T19:24:33","slug":"possession-with-intent-to-deliver-corruption-of-minors","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/sugarcreekborough.us\/press\/2022\/10\/12\/possession-with-intent-to-deliver-corruption-of-minors\/","title":{"rendered":"Possession with Intent to Deliver, Corruption of Minors"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>On September 29, 2022 known witnesses contacted the Sugarcreek Borough Police Department and advised that their 16 year old juvenile had received methamphetamine and drug paraphernalia from a coworker at Burger King located at 763 Allegheny Blvd., Franklin.<\/p>\n<p>Through the course of the investigation Sugarcreek officers were able to determine that Andrew Hale, 34 of Franklin, had provided a 16 year old with methamphetamine and at times used the methamphetamine with the juvenile. It was also determined that Hale had provided the juvenile with drug paraphernalia.<\/p>\n<p>Andrew Hale was charged with the following:<br \/>\nEndangering the Welfare of Children &#8211; Felony 3<br \/>\nCriminal Use of Communication Facility &#8211; Felony 3<br \/>\nPossession with Intent to Deliver a Controlled Substance (Methamphetamine) Felony<br \/>\nCorruption of Minors &#8211; Misdemeanor<\/p>\n<p>Hale was arraigned before Magistrate Lowrey on October 12, 2022 at 1:30 PM and was released on $7,500 unsecured bail.
