Sean Bickel made terroristic threats with a spring loaded knife stating he would stab the victim.<\/p>\n<p>Bickel was taken into custody and was charged with the following:<br \/>\nAggravated Assault &#8211; Felony 2<br \/>\nTerroristic Threats &#8211; Misd 1<br \/>\nSimple Assault &#8211; Misd 2<\/p>\n<p>Sean Bickel was arraigned before Magistrate Lowrey.
