Starting salary is $42,411.20<\/p>\n<p>Applicants must obtain and complete a Borough of Sugarcreek Application form and a background waiver form which may be obtained on the Borough of Sugarcreek website at <a href=\"https:\/\/www.sugarcreekborough.us\/documents\/employment.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">https:\/\/www.sugarcreekborough.us\/documents\/employment.pdf<\/a> or at the Borough of Sugarcreek Administration Building located at 212 Fox Street, Franklin, PA 16323. Applications may be obtained from the Administration Building Monday thru Friday from 9:00 AM til 3:00 PM.<\/p>\n<p>It is recommended that a resume and any other documentation in which the applicant feels appropriate should accompany the application.<\/p>\n<p>Those applicants wishing to request Veteran&#8217;s preference are required to send a copy of their DD Form 214 as proof of service.<\/p>\n<p>Applicants must meet the following qualifications to apply:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Applicant must be 21 years of age at the time of testing<\/li>\n<li>Applicant must be Act 120 certified<\/li>\n<li>Applicant must be able to complete and pass a physical agility test<\/li>\n<li>Applicant must be able to pass a thorough background and credit check<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Persons with questions can contact Chief of Police Robert J.
