Upon officers arriving the person was identified as Kevin Fike, 47 of Oil City. Same was found to be under the influence of a controlled substance and same also had outstanding warrants for absconding from Parole.<\/p>\n<p>Fike was taken into custody was was found to be in possession of crystal meth in different packages as well as scales and packaging material, consistent with distribution.<\/p>\n<p>Fike was arraigned before Magistrate Kirkland and placed in the Venango County Jail on $25,000 bail.
